2015 Chalk Hill Cabernet Sauvignon
The Chalk Hill AVA brings out the depth, structure, and tension of the King, Cabernet Sauvignon. It also contributes a unique terroir to Cab that shows another side to the varietal. The minerality from this region’s namesake produces a complex, tannic, and well-structured red that is designed for aging. Expect for this wine to present well for 5 to 10 years.
